- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I agree the phone service and trying to get anybody on the phone was very difficult I called Clayton and they connected me with that office. However once I got there it was a beautiful brand new building and I was treated wonderfully and I was in and out with my birth certificate that I needed in less than 15 minutes.
